Maryll is a New York based actor, award winning filmmaker/writer, producer, music nerd and pug owner.
  

Originally from Pittsburgh, Maryll has applied her steel town grit and spirit to her work in TV/Film and stages and day jobs regionally for years. 

 

Maryll's plays and the occasional spectacle have been produced in Chicago, Pittsburgh and State College.

Oregon Short Film Festival Winter 2021 B
January 2021:

Adjusting to the pandemic, Oregon Short  Film Festival will be screening their selections outdoor at the Sunshine Mill Winery and Drive-up Theater on February 26th. I wish I could be there.

Buttball is an official selection of the 12th Annual Lady Filmmakers Festival coming your way virtually September 25th- October 4th. For tickets and info: here

And later in the fall, Buttball will be part of LA Femme International Film Festival Oct 15-18th.

March 2020...and the pandemic strikes and SOMA has been postponed. 

 Fun fact: Buttball was filmed in South Orange/ Maplewood NJ and much of the cast is comprised of stellar local talent. From all facets of production to being received by this festival- South Orange/ Maplewood- is nothing but gold. 

Fall 2019: Maryll's short film Buttball completed production.
